These Terms of Service ("Terms") are a binding agreement between you and Felcin LLC ("Company," "we," "us") governing your use of the Docket application and website at docketphq.com (the "Service"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract. You are responsible for the accuracy of your registration information, for safeguarding your credentials, and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.
Docket lets businesses document and verify field work using photos, location data, and AI-assisted analysis. Features, plans, and availability may change over time.
You agree not to: (a) violate any law or third-party right; (b) upload content you lack rights to, or that is unlawful, infringing, or harmful; (c) misrepresent work, falsify records, or use the Service to deceive; (d) interfere with or attempt to breach the security of the Service; (e) reverse engineer or scrape the Service except as permitted by law; or (f) use the Service to build a competing product.
You retain ownership of the photos, records, and other content you submit ("User Content"). You grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, process, transmit, and display User Content solely to operate and improve the Service. You represent that you have all necessary rights and consents (including from individuals in photos and from your clients) to submit User Content.
The Service uses artificial intelligence to analyze photos and generate work-verification assessments. AI outputs are automated, may be inaccurate, and are not a substitute for professional judgment or a legal certification of completion or quality. You are solely responsible for verifying results and for any decisions made based on them.
The Service, including its software, design, and trademarks, is owned by Company and its licensors and is protected by law. We grant you a limited, revocable, non-transferable license to use the Service per these Terms.
The Service relies on third-party providers (e.g., Google Firebase, Anthropic). Your use of those services may be subject to their terms, and we are not responsible for third-party services.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and any warranty regarding accuracy of AI output or uninterrupted operation.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Company and its affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data, or goodwill. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the greater of (a) the amounts you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, or (b) US $100.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Company from claims, damages, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your User Content, your use of the Service, or your violation of these Terms or any law or third-party right.
We may suspend or terminate your access at any time for violation of these Terms or to protect the Service. You may stop using the Service at any time. Sections that by their nature should survive termination will survive.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Connecticut, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. The state and federal courts located in Connecticut will have exclusive jurisdiction, unless the parties agree to binding arbitration. You and Company agree that disputes will be resolved on an individual basis and waive any right to participate in a class action, to the extent permitted by law.
We may update these Terms. Material changes will be posted with a new "Last updated" date and, where required, additional notice. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
