This Privacy Policy explains how Felcin LLC ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"), the operator of the Docket application and the website at docketphq.com (collectively, the "Service"), collects, uses, discloses, and protects your information. Docket is a work-verification platform that helps businesses document field work using photos, location data, and AI analysis. By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to this Policy.

1. Information We Collect

a. Information you provide

Account & profile: name, email address, and authentication identifiers (including via Google Sign-In), company name, and role (manager or employee).
Business & job data: company details, job titles and instructions, team members, invite records, and job status.
Photos and media: "before" and "after" job photos and any images or files you upload to document work.
Communications: support requests and correspondence with us.

b. Information collected automatically

Location data: with your permission, GPS/geolocation associated with job documentation to verify where work was performed.
Device & usage data: device type, operating system, app version, IP address, log data, and interactions with the Service.

2. How We Use Your Information

Provide, operate, secure, and improve the Service;
Create and verify work records, including AI-assisted analysis of before/after photos;
Authenticate users, manage teams, and process invites;
Communicate with you about your account, updates, and support;
Detect, prevent, and address fraud, abuse, or security issues;
Comply with legal obligations.

3. Artificial Intelligence Processing

Docket uses third-party AI services (including Anthropic's Claude models) to analyze job photos and generate verification assessments. Photos and related text you submit for verification are transmitted to these providers solely to produce results for you. AI outputs are automated assessments, may be inaccurate or incomplete, and do not constitute legal, professional, or safety certification. You are responsible for reviewing and independently verifying all results.

4. How We Share Information

We do not sell your personal information. We share information only as follows:

Service providers: cloud infrastructure and authentication (Google Firebase), AI processing (Anthropic), and analytics/hosting providers that process data on our behalf under contract.
Within your organization: job data may be visible to your company's managers and relevant team members.
Legal & safety: to comply with law, enforce our Terms, or protect rights, safety, and property.
Business transfers: in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, subject to this Policy.

5. Data Retention

We retain your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. You may request deletion as described below.

6. Data Security

We use industry-standard technical and organizational measures, including encryption in transit and access controls, to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

7. Your Rights & Choices

Access, correction, deletion: you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information.
Location permissions: you can enable or disable location access in your device settings.
Account closure: you may close your account at any time.
US State & GDPR rights: depending on your location (e.g., California/CCPA, EU/UK GDPR), you may have additional rights, including the right to opt out of certain processing and to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.

8. Children's Privacy

The Service is intended for business use by individuals 18 years or older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.

9. International Users

We operate in the United States. If you access the Service from outside the U.S., you consent to processing your information in the U.S., which may have different data-protection laws than your jurisdiction.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Policy from time to time. We will post the updated version with a new "Last updated" date and, where required, provide additional notice.
